Shipping & Delivery:

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote regions).

• Processing: Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

5. Returns & Exchanges: Your Backstage Pass

Your satisfaction is our final encore. Our full policy is detailed on our homepage, but here are the key terms:

• Timeframe: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of you receiving the delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Process: You must email [email protected] to request an RMA number before sending anything back.
• Costs: For “changed mind” returns, you cover return shipping. We cover costs if we sent a defective or incorrect item.
• Final Sale Items: CDs, music media, and custom items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (cards) or 3-5 days (PayPal) after we approve the return.
