THE RUNDOWN: What Can & Can’t Be Returned
✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Shirts, Outerwear, Women’s Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Headwear (Hats, Beanies): Must be unworn with all original tags and packaging.
Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of you receiving the delivery.
❌ Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items:
This is crucial, tribe. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:
- CDs & Music Media: Due to copyright and duplication potential, all CDs and physical music items are FINAL SALE.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Clearly marked as “final sale” at purchase.
- Any item without original tags, or that has been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
*Our Mistake? We Got You. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we cover all return costs. Just contact us immediately.
YOUR STEP-BY-STEP BACKSTAGE PASS (The Return/Exchange Process)
1 Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)
Don’t just send gear back. Email our crew at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
Include this info to make it super quick:
- Your Order Number
- Your Full Name
- Item(s) for return/exchange (Name, Size, Color)
- Reason (e.g., Size too large, changed mind, defective item)
- Requested Action (Refund / Exchange for specific item & size)
- Confirmation that the item is unworn, unwashed, and tagged.
2 Get Your RMA & Shipping Instructions
We’ll respond “faster than a quick-draw PayPal checkout” (usually within 24 hours) with:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Instructions on where to send the item.
- A prepaid return shipping label if the return is due to our error.
For standard “changed mind” returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service (DHL, FedEx, EMS) and keeping the receipt.
3 Pack & Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address we provide.
International Tribe: You are responsible for international shipping costs and customs duties. Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid extra taxes. Send to our US facility: Bandtees Store, 3151 Hummingbird Way, VENUS, US 33960.
4 The Encore (Your Refund or Exchange)
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival):
- For Refunds: We initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- For Exchanges: We ship your new item immediately, subject to stock. If it’s out of stock, we’ll contact you for an alternative or refund.
REFUND TIMING: WHEN THE FUNDS HIT YOUR ACCOUNT
We process the refund as soon as we approve the return. The clock for it to land in your account depends on your bank or provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process it.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process it.
