Where do you ship?

We ship our chaos worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints (think extremely remote locations), we may not reach every single corner of the globe yet. Our checkout system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your address.

We offer two battle-tested methods to get your gear to you:

• STANDARD SHIPPING (The Headliner): $12.95 flat rate. Handled by DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after leaving our HQ. Fast, reliable, and fully trackable.
• FREE SHIPPING (The Legendary Encore): FREE on all orders over $50. Handled by EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. The cost-effective choice for building your collection.

All orders take 1-2 business days to process and prepare for shipment before the delivery timeline begins.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, plus the chosen delivery timeline above. So, if you choose Standard Shipping, expect your gear in roughly 11-17 business days total from the order date.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll receive a tracking link. For Free Shipping (EMS), tracking may be available depending on the destination. You’ll receive all tracking information via email once your order ships.
